Dr. Gerald W Malis is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and
Loyola University Chicago College of Dental Surgery.
He has practiced general dentistry in the northwest Chicago area
in Rolling Meadows since 1979.

The American Society of Forensic Odontology (AFSO)
